Patrick McCarty
Creative/Art Director
Patrick manages all web and print material design, as well as establishing and respecting brand standards, when needed.
Patrick has been a graphic designer for over 35 years. He has a BFA degree in Graphic Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His experience working with organizations — from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations to non-profits to local governments — has garnered praise and success for his clients. His graphic design style, both online and in print, is based on the goal of clear, impactful communication.

Lisa McCarty
Marketing Director
Lisa, an energetic professional who utilizes resourcefulness, organizational skills and creativity to create and complete solutions for marketing and managing organizational projects. Effective communicator with the ability to create value-driven marketing plans.
Lisa has a BS degree in Marketing from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Magna cum Laude. She secured initial local contacts and clients, developed billing and other bookkeeping procedures. She’s responsible for correct and timely submission of various local, state and federal taxes, fees and licenses. She assists in developing marketing plans and ideas to promote client initiatives.
